DO WE STILL NEED A PHOTOGRAPHER IF WE HAVE VIDEOGRAPHY?

This is the choice of the client, however we would recommend photography as well as videography. We believe wedding photos are to look back on, whereas wedding videography allows you to relive the day.

IS THERE A COST FOR TRAVEL?

We do not charge for any travel up to a 50 mile radius, further then this we will charge per mile & should the location be a certain distance – we may require overnight accommodation.

CAN WE MEET UP BEFORE THE WEDDING?

If the location is close then we are happy to arrange a face to face meeting. If long distance we can do this over zoom or a phone call.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept bank transfer, debit card, credit card, Clearpay, PayPal & Klarna.

Fees will apply with finance options.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT FOR MAKING A BOOKING?

A 20% deposit which goes towards your remaining balance will be required to book. The remaining balance will then be required to paid two weeks before your booking.

WHAT TIME DO YOU STAY UNTIL AT A WEDDING?

We stay to film the First Dance (and around 15 minutes afterwards), unless there is a request for us to stay later when booking.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY VIDEO?

We always aim to have final edits back to the client as soon as possible, usually within a few days for smaller projects.

For weddings please allow up to 6 weeks for all parts of your package to be sent to you.

HOW DO YOU RECORD SOUNDS?

Sound is important for us. We use various ways in which to record audio, one of those ways is with the lavalier microphone, which we tend to attach to the client speaking.

CAN WE CANCEL AFTER BOOKING?

Cancellation can be made at any time, however when the deposit is paid and date confirmed; we cannot refund this after 30days before to your booking.
